About This Opportunity:

Ready to turn your learning into experience? Coke Canada is hiring Business students to join the Summer 2024 Sales Coop program _
internal Co-op program, all students welcome_

Students will report to a District Sales Manager.

This position will be fast-paced and multi-focused with field sales, project work, field learning responsibilities and other tasks as needed.

We currently have opportunities in our
_Kamloops Sales Centre covering Kamloops and surrounding area._

Good to know before applying_**- Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours & a valid driver's license with a clean driving record with no major violations over the last three (3) years

  • Must have current vehicle liability insurance
  • Much of your responsibilities and time will be spent on the road visiting clients and occasional lifting (max 50lbs) will be required.

Responsibilities:


  • Participate in daytoday responsibilities of a Sales Development Manager that develop sales ability, leadership skills, and business acumen.
  • Successfully sell customer promotional plans, incremental displays and equipment placements that include annual Customer Marketing Agreements and align with the customer's and the Coke Canada system's business objectives and strategies.
  • Evaluate outlet opportunities for new and existing Large Store and Small Format customers
  • Supporting a local business project tailored to your studies culminating in a presentation to the Local Management Team or relevant parties.
  • Possible participation in various projects related to the Field Sales, Distribution, Merchandising, and Warehouse
  • Cross functional work with other Departments in operations such as Merchandising, Warehouse, and Distribution
  • Analyzing data to support key metrics for; Sales, Volume, Operational Excellence, and Finance

Qualifications:


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree Program in Business or a relevant program; in 3rd or 4th year preferably
  • Demonstrated leadership with great attitude, passion for growth and continuous learning
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fastpaced environment with changing and competing priorities
  • Strong relationship builder who can effectively work crossfunctionally
  • Selfmotivated with strong problemsolving aptitude
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to display a positive attitude with a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral
  • Excellent computer skills with proven ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite
