Job Description
Experience: 1 year of related work experience required
Job Duties:
Prepare and send invoices to the clients, match incoming payments.
Prepare the courier envelopes and make sure it delivers on time.
Accurately process and record transactions.
Assist accountants and bookkeepers with Account payables, Account receivable and payroll records.
Perform office administration tasks such as filing documents (electronic and by paper), copying, scanning etc.
Maintain the effective operation and upkeep the equipment, including photocopier, fax machine, printers, computers and telephones
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
