For this opportunity:


Other responsibilities include:

RECEPTION/ADMINISTRATION

  • Ability to manage a lowtraffic reception desk
  • Answering phones and transferring calls
  • Handling all courier requests
  • Ordering, tracking and maintaining stock and inventory levels
  • Ordering internal business cards
  • Manage postage/machine and process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assisting with corporate event planning
  • Assist Partners in scheduling and travel
  • Purchase and tracking stock imagery, software, music, etc. as required

HUMAN RESOURCES

  • Supporting the HR Director with daytoday HR operations and administration
  • Updating and processing employee changes in our HRIS system and benefits platform
  • Managing ZGM's Employee Recognition Program
  • Supporting in the performance review process with respect to collecting and preparing data for review meetings
  • Supporting with administrative recruitment including posting positions, conducting phone screens, booking interviews, etc.
  • Assisting with new hire onboarding and first day coordination

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 23 years experience in an office administrative role and/or
  • 12 years experience in an HR support role
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with MS Office, Teams, Excel, and Word
  • Establish a positive and partnering relationship with all team members
  • Contribute to building a positive agency culture
  • Passion for the industry
You'll have a can-do attitude, proficient in Microsoft office, strategic thinker, and superb organization skills.

You are a go-getter, work and think independently, have a keen attention to detail, and be flexible and able to work outside of regular business hours on occasion if required.
