The Staffing Concierge, under the direction of the immediate Supervisor, completes day to day receptionist and office tasks as required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with the CSCs to coordinate & book travel for nurses scheduled
- Oversee staffing service coordination in consultation with the MCPs, PayBill Coordinators, Client Service Coordinators facilitating a response to all inquiries from Northern Staffing field staff pre assignment, while on assignment and post assignment to promote an exceptional Northern Staffing field staff experience.
- Reviews training given to Field Staff and identifies gaps in information experienced by the staff member and provides information to fill the gaps.
- Problemsolve issues/questions of Field Staff (travel, compensation (including timesheets, pay statements, pay inquires) for Field employees.
- Provide assistance to Client Service Coordinators as required.
- Follows up with Nurses who have been inactive to see what we can do to get them active
- Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities.
- Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
- Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System.
- Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
- Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.
- Complete other tasks as requested.
Education:
- Minimum
- Secondary School Diploma
Experience:
- Experience in customer relations to a diverse population
- Minimum
- Experience in sales and customer interactions
- Experience in working in or with Remote and isolated communities an asset.
