Your Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent diploma, in English, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Administration, or another field relevant to the position.
2 to 5 years of related experience.

  • Superior English language writing, grammar, and editing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage website layouts and maintenance.
  • Experience in managing social media channels and platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Mailchimp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite. Photography and video editing skills considered an asset but not essential.
  • Assist the school departments with tasks as required.
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality; must be serviceoriented, assertive, and able to network and interact with all key stakeholder groups.

  • Support the unique culture of an independent school.
  • Work with the team to tell stories that reflect the life of the School.
  • Edit the work of others and be prepared to have your work edited.
  • Maintain and enhance the School's current website and ONE+ Campaign website by adding live and uptodate links, photos, videos, calendar updates, fresh website copy, and event details.
  • Track and monitor digital communications for school community, with an emphasis on timely project completion.
  • Make recommendations for online content to stakeholders, while ensuring consistent branding and quality control.
  • Stay on top of digital trends for website and social media and regularly update Head of Communications and Director of Advancement on findings and suggestions.
  • Along with the Head of Communications and Associate Director, Advancement, you will develop innovative digital and social media strategies, and execute these strategies.
  • Ability to occasionally assist with school photography. Video editing skills an asset.
  • Participate in team brainstorming and problemsolving sessions.
  • Assist team members in formatting and archiving documents and presentations.
  • Work as part of a team every day but also have the ability to manage work independently.
  • Support the School's digital marketing efforts. Provide regular analytics on website traffic, social media, and ads.
