As part of the Home Health Services team, the Home & Community Registered Dietitian services both adult and pediatric populations with option in specified travel zones within the communities of Haldimand/Norfolk/Brant. Provisional supervision is available for new graduates.

    What you need to be successful

  • You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
  • Your focus is to embrace person and family-centered care
  • You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions
  • You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
  • You value the role a dietitian plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance
  • You have the ability to travel within community as part of the CBI Health Home Health Services team
  • Your bilingual language skills in English and French are an asset
