    Bayshore Home Care Solutions in our Niagara Branch is looking for a Casual Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for our Visit Program.
    In this community-based role, the RN will complete home visit nursing in the local community.

    Schedule; Tuesdays, Wednesdays and/or Thursdays + alternate weekends availability requirement for visits, 3pm-11pm
    Location; Grimsby, Lincoln, West Lincoln, Beamsville, Vineland

    What you'll be doing:

  • As a Visit RN, make a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of nursing care to our clients in their community. This includes but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching chronic disease prevention.
  • As the primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship, and preceptorship programs.
  • You will teach, delegate tasks and functions to different levels of workers and client family members while maintaining our industry's highest level of practice.
  • You are the nursing care expert for your community. With our efficient work schedules, you will be focused more on care time and less travel time.

  • Job Qualification

  • Registered Practical Nurses who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Updated Immunization Records, Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector check upon hire
  • Current CPR certification required
