EveryMind Mental Health Services _**is currently recruiting for an experienced mental health professional with significant leadership experience in community healthcare for the position of
Manager, Clinical Services.

This portfolio is accountable to manage all of EveryMind's Region of Peel Funded Programs including the Peel Inclusion Resource Services (PIRS) portfolio, the EarlyON Child Development Supports Service alongside leading other special projects and clinical services that contribute to the organization's Mission and Vision.


_ EveryMind _is an accredited child and youth mental health organization that provides a continuum of high-quality mental health services for children, youth and their families who are experiencing or are at risk of experiencing mental health issues.


Summary of Function


Under the leadership of the Director, Clinical Leadership & Excellence, the Manager is accountable for the delivery of services that are in keeping with the organization's mission, vision, values, clinical and management philosophies, accreditation standards, policies, procedures and annual Service Plan.

This position forms part of the Clinical Management Team responsible for support of the clinical strategic direction, clinical decision-making and clinical policy development for EveryMind.


Peel Inclusion Resource Services (PIRS) is a partnership between the Region of Peel and four community agencies, including EveryMind, to provide special needs resourcing to facilitate early intervention and successful inclusion of children with special needs in licensed childcare programs.
The EarlyON Child Development Supports Service is a special needs resourcing model providing supports to families and staff at all EarlyON locations in Peel. The incumbent is responsible for direct supervision of up to 10 direct reports and for indirect management of up to 50 front line staff and accountability for an annual operating budget of approximately $5 million.

This is a full-time position with an annual salary range
$99,266- $116,127 (5 step band over 5 years)
Please note that hiring salaries are commensurate with experience and generally start at the beginning of the range.

Responsibilities

Operations

  • Provides administrative and/or clinical oversight and direction to the program areas of responsibility working collaboratively and cooperatively across the agency to create an integrated operational service.
  • Oversees clinical accountability for Key Performance Indicators and reporting compliance to funders using Gov Grants systems, data dashboards and other reporting tools.
  • Leads operational efficiency within assigned portfolio through providing oversight to program Supervisors and direct service staff.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant legislation, accreditation standards, policies and procedures and implements changes in the same, if any, all Occupational Health and Safety and Infection & Prevention Control (IPAC) requirements
  • Participates in Clinical on Call coverage roster. Manages approved budgets, staffing and allocated resources in order to achieve the desirable deliverables, targets, goals and objectives.
