Hybrid: You'll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.
As ATB's next Business Analyst, EFS Enablement, you care deeply about setting our front-line team members up for success with easy access to the information and knowledge they need to get things done for our clients. You're passionate about process and you know how to communicate complex information and ideas in a way that's concise and easy to understand.
You're the person your teammates go to when they need help figuring out how to get something done, and you're interested in how you might take that to the next level by:
- Supporting our everyday banking team with documenting business rules and processes in a clear and concise way, with specific guidance from more senior team members
- Supporting senior team members in conducting stakeholder interviews to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assessing incoming requests in accordance with ATB, business unit, and team priorities and processes
- Assisting with the analysis of data to identify and interpret patterns and trends
Requirements:
- 24 years of relevant experience in retail banking, customer service, and/or related fields
- Business certificate/diploma in business, banking, technology or a related discipline is considered an asset
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify themes and solve problems
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- You effectively utilize tools and resources, ask questions, translate information, and support team members in their learning and growth
- A quick learner, naturally curious and selfmotivated individual with a high degree of comfort working both independently and within a group
