Description

Responsibilities:

Perform various home renovation tasks, including but not limited to remodeling, cabinet installation, plastering, concrete finishing, roofing, blueprint reading, trim carpentry, glass installation, tile laying, and restoration.
Collaborate with clients to understand their renovation needs and provide expert advice on design and materials.
Ensure that all renovation projects are completed within the agreedupon timeline and budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors and other tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Home Renovations Contractor or in a similar role.
Proficient in a wide range of home renovation tasks such as remodeling, cabinet installation, plastering, concrete finishing, roofing, blueprint reading, trim carpentry, glass installation, tile laying, and restoration.
Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and subcontractors.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
