$40-60k salary range depending on experience.


About the role
Provide overall support to the MySeat executive team, this role crosses several departments.

While each day is different, the opportunity for growth are endless as you can expect to be involved in many aspects of the business.

Sales & Marketing Support
- sales presentation
- personalized marketing material
- some website maintenance and updates
- social media content
- trade shows & conferences

Client Support
- assist in the onboarding of new clients (pre-sale to launch)
- help test apps and features in development
- create marketing material for artists app promos
- help with artist content creation and publishing

Administrative
- assist with travel bookings (flights and accommodations)
- liaison with clients and partners on payables and receivables
- proper and timely communication with clients and partners


What you bring to the team

• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• Some graphic design and copywriting experience
• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop and Figma

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of website builder software such as Webflow
• Spoken and written French desirable
• A love for music
