Role: SAP Program Manager

Location: Calgary, AB – Onsite

We are seeking a strategic and proactive SAP Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP implementation projects, particularly in multi-vendor environments. This role involves managing all aspects of program delivery, from initial planning and design, Test Strategy Preparation, end to end Testing cycle through to implementation and post-launch support. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, ensuring their strategic goals are met while managing stakeholder relationships, timelines, budgets, and project risks..

5 Key Skills Required:

Proven experience as an SAP Programme Manager or similar role with at least 10 years of professional experience.

Extensive knowledge of SAP systems and landscape, with specific expertise in Oil & Gas/Energy Industry and processes.

Strong understanding S/4 Hana modules, Success Factor Implementation along with connected apps.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and stakeholders.

Must have Good understanding in handling end to end SAP testing Projects for S/4 Hana Implementation

5 Areas of Responsibility:

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and functional leads and testing personnel during all project phases.

Oversee the successful execution of SAP projects, ensuring compliance with budget and schedule.

Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables; define project tasks and resource requirements.

Manage and optimize the integration of 3rd party connected apps into SAP environments.

Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results, with a focus on continuous improvement.
