E Clinic United Healing is a privately owned and operated inter disciplinary treatment rehabilitation clinic that specializes in the medical and rehabilitative treatments of individuals with various injuries and conditions sustained as a result of motor vehicle accidents.

Our focus and goal is to provide the best care and services by specializing and striving to be industry leaders in person and virtual therapy and treatment services.


Position Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Communicating with the referral sources in a timely manner with professionalism;
  • Adding referrals to our EMR systems, internal trackers as well as communicate with Department Managers/Providers and follow up with any outstanding/required information;
  • Identifying and forward the client information to the appropriate internal parties in a timely manner with accuracy;
  • Contact the clients and provide information to prepare them for their services in a professional, empathetic and timely manner; and
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service setting
- _Medical/Treatment industry experience an asset_


Education and Certifications:


  • Post Secondary education is an asset (Business, Health Sciences, Medical/Rehab related field, etc.)

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Strong communication skills verbally and written
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage their time with mínimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Empathetic and passionate about helping individuals and the vulnerable sector
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Shared Sheets (google and shared drives) as well as confident and competent using EMRs and office administration software

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$16.00-$17.00 per hour
