The
Manager of Marketing Execution supports the launch of marketing initiatives developed by the marketing team for Firehouse Canada.

The Manager role will be based in Toronto, ON and will be responsible to support calendar management, national launches and local marketing efforts.

The Manager of Marketing Execution works cross-functionally across FHS North America marketing with Digital, Communications, Operations, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and vendors amongst others, to ensure flawless execution of the FHS Canada marketing calendar and other marketing activations.

The Manager of Marketing Execution works to collect feedback from all internal stakeholders, including the field team and Firehouse franchisees, to improve the overall product and promotion launch process and enhance ongoing initiatives.

The position is highly collaborative and involves working directly with internal and external stakeholders cross-functionally to ensure successful campaigns across the system.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Support crossfunctional project management of FHS CA Marketing initiatives and ongoing activities related to product and promotion launches at the market test, and national launch levels
  • Deliver highquality rollouts that support sales and traffic through flawless implementation and execution
  • Perform weekly routines across all business areas for current and upcoming product and promotion projects and calendar activations
  • Create detailed execution plans for upcoming activations, including high traffic and/or checkdriving initiatives and product related communications
  • Map out, create, and ensure a repeatable execution process supported by "checklist", timeline templates, and other supporting tools, with support from their team
  • Bring project management strategy and challenge current processes and lead special projects to iterate and improve product and promotion execution
  • Support coordination and lead execution, crossfunctionally on product launches, with a bridge for learnings ahead of national launch
  • Track and provide resolution for all launch issues, along with followups on progress, recommendations, and learnings, taking corrective actions to ensure process improvement
  • Partner closely with FHS NA Marketing, Digital, Technology, Communications, Operations, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and vendors amongst others, to ensure processes and systems are functioning well, and new activations are properly executed.
  • Execute window launch action plans and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Help oversee and track ad fund budgets
  • Analyze LTO performance (sales, units and PSAT) across our restaurant base, summarize insights and provide recommendations for future campaigns
  • Create regular marketing reports using product mix and consumer insight data to contribute to marketing strategy
  • Leverage various sources of data and compile analyses, as needed, to support marketing efforts
  • Contribute content to presentations for strategic projects in a logical and wellthoughtout manner
  • Contribute to improving the health and profitability of restaurants through proper execution of marketing initiatives
  • Be the liaison and first point of contact for Franchisee questions regarding marketing related initiatives

Required Skills:


  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of work experience in QSR, CPG, Retail, or related field, with passion and knowledge of or interest in the QSR Industry
  • Strong business acumen with a high sense of curiosity
  • Track record of exceptional project management, analytical skills, creative problemsolving capabilities, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
  • Proficient in the manipulation and analysis of data
  • Must be a strong project manager, able to interact cross functionally, communicate effectively, and lead teams towards a common goal
  • Must be solutionoriented, able to dissect information, see opportunities, preempt potential issues, and find solutions
  • Must have excellent oral and written skills to include formal presentation experience and the ability to prepare and present development presentations
  • Must have the ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relatio
