We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parts person to join our team at Bruce Nissan. You will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and ensuring efficient operations in our department.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the right automotive parts and accessories based on their needs.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, providing product information, and offering recommendations.
Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demands.
Place orders with suppliers, track shipments, and verify received parts for accuracy and quality.
Conduct regular stock checks and perform inventory management duties, including restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized parts department.
Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of required parts and accessories for repairs and maintenance.
Utilize computer systems and software to process transactions, generate invoices, and track orders.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, new products, and advancements in automotive parts and accessories.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure and hazardfree work environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Postsecondary education in automotive parts or a related field is an asset.
Proven experience working as an Automotive Partsperson or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts, components, and accessories across various vehicle makes and models.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management and sales transactions.
Detailoriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Business hours are 8: 00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, and Saturdays on rotation.
You must have a valid driver's licesence and acceptable driving record.
