Description
Our program is hiring an early childhood teacher to work directly with children through play-based activities and lesson plans. This position plays a critical role in helping children develop foundational skills, such as social interactions and language. We are looking for an individual who will provide an enriching experience (e.g. support, encouragement, sensitivity to the unique need to our young generation) in a welcoming and consistent manner. Excellent communication skills which includes interaction with parents is also key.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide developmentally appropriate play and learning opportunities.
  • Guide children to make connections between activities and areas of learning.
  • Prepare and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons or support other teachers in doing so.
  • Encourage cooperation and social interaction among children.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$21.00-$23.00 per hour
