Responsibilities:

Propose and validate customer segmentation strategies to ensure that the appropriate audience selections, frequency of communication and other relevant strategic considerations are respected
Establish nurture strategies, rewarddisbursement workflows, and surpriseanddelight campaigns based on segmentations, while minimizing list decay/unsubscribes and increasing overall campaign performance
Develop, design, customize, improve, and maintain landing pages using Unbounce
Ensure best practices of data hygiene and integrity are applied to customer lists (e.g., accuracy, completeness and consistency) including performing QA on customer lists

Requirements:

Experience developing and maintaining landing pages using Unbounce
Ability to interact with stakeholders and demonstrate both business and technical skills
A customer advocate with excellent listening skills to fully understand customer requirements and pain points.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
