    Description

Mark Anthony Group is an entrepreneurial drinks company, built from the ground up by thinking differently, innovating and doing the unexpected. Our company is rooted in family values, a bold vision and relentless determination to continuously raise the bar and make a positive difference in consumers' lives. Founded in 1972, we've grown organically from a one-person import wine business into an international drinks company. Our hallmarks include a portfolio of iconic beverage brands—White Claw Hard Seltzer, Mike's Hard Lemonade, and Olé Cocktail Co. alongside a collection of luxury wineries in the Okanagan Valley, notably Mission Hill Family Estate, CedarCreek Estate Winery, Martin's Lane Winery, and CheckMate Artisanal Winery.

At Mark Anthony Brands we hire passionate people because nothing great is done without passion. We trust those closest to the work to do what's right, to act like an owner. We are growing a lasting legacy, where people come first.

    What You'll Do:

As our new Physical Security Program Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management and continuous improvement of Mark Anthony's physical security technologies and programs. Sitting within IT Operations, this role ensures the protection of people, facilities, and critical assets through the effective oversight of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and vendor-managed security services. You will partner closely with Facilities, People Operations, Cyber Security, and business leaders to deliver secure, compliant, and reliable physical security solutions across all sites.

    Additional key responsibilities include:

Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection technologies.

Manage day-to-day security operations to ensure systems perform reliably, securely, and in line with business and regulatory requirements.

Lead vendor and integrator management activities, including service quality, lifecycle planning, upgrades, and maintenance assurance.

Monitor incident trends, threat intelligence, and system performance metrics to inform risk assessments and security improvements.

Provide guidance on physical security standards, system integrations, and risk mitigation strategies across facilities and technology teams.

Partner with Facilities, People Operations, and Cyber Security to support site security initiatives, investigations, and compliance requirements.

Exercise risk-based escalation authority, challenging deviations and ensuring security decisions are supported by clear rationale.

Track and report on key security KPIs, including system uptime, Mean Time to Detect (MTTD), and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), driving continuous improvement.

    What You'll Bring:

5+ years of experience in physical security, security systems management, or an IT-adjacent operational role.

Hands‑on experience with physical security technologies such as access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.

Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and vendors simultaneously.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience advising business leaders on risk and security decisions.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; security‑related certifications are an advantage.

Proven ability to operate independently, make risk‑based decisions, and deliver secure solutions on time and within budget.

    Who you are

    • Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in an organization.
    • Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level; ideate and directly execute.
