    Job duties:
    Answer telephone and email enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
    Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments.
    Provide clients with basic information about products and services prior to transferring them to
    the sales team.
    Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
    Utilize quality assurance techniques to establish and carry out office procedures.
    Assist the Operations Manager with human resources-related documentation.
    Register equipment for warranties.
    Communicate with technicians and office staff to maintain organization.
    Determine and put in place office procedures.

    Terms of employment:
    Permanent and full-time.


    The language of work:
    English.


    Wage:
    $36.00 per hour.


    Benefits package being offered:
    After a 3-month period of probation, a benefits package will be
    offered (paid 50% by the employer and 50% by the employee) and a 6% employer-paid group RRSP. The
    benefits package includes life insurance, dental benefits, and extended health benefits.

    Skills requirements:

    Required education:
    Completion of secondary school.
    Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or
    secretaries or previous administrative or clerical experience.


    Required work experience and skills:
    At least 3 years of relevant prior administrative or clerical experience.
    Experience in the HVAC or construction industries.
    Experience using Microsoft Office (for example, Microsoft Word and Excel) and CRM
    software.
