Acura of Langley is currently looking to fill a position of a
Delivery Specialist.

As a Delivery Specialist your goal is to create a customer centered experience that goes above and beyond when delivering new and pre-owned vehicles at the dealership and looking after the process from sales to customer.

Your contribution:

Perform delivery paperwork
Coordinate with Finance office and arrange deliveries
Explaining features and benefits of vehicle to customer at time of delivery and offering encore deliveries at the customer's request
Inspect vehicles prior to delivery
Ensuring that the customer has been presented all the accessory options prior to delivery
Arranging accessories with Parts Department/Customers
Offering redelivery with customers
Follow up after delivery is completed to ensure no questions have arisen
Maintain and achieves the sales and guest satisfaction objectives set by management
Be enthusiastic & knowledgeable about the brand

All successful applicants must possess the following qualities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be extremely organized
Pay close attention to detail
Be selfmotivated
Ability to work independently and as a team
Passion for cars and all the technology that goes with them
Previous Automotive Experience
