The Administrative Clerk will schedule appointments book client follow-up appointments notify clinicians BC Corrections staff ensure client demographics information accurate complete register admit clients into PAC Health Care Record maintain records perform receptionist clerical duties provide administrative support to Health Care Manager delegate.Responsibilities
- Schedule and book client appointments follow-up appointments which includes booking appointments Interdisciplinary appointments adjusting arrangements in accordance with client centre requirements notifying clinicians BC Corrections staff ensuring that appropriate date time location are provided to BC Corrections staff.
- Register admit clients into PAC Health Care Record.
- Maintain a variety of records performing duties such as data entry collating information maintaining log sheets client statistics.
