About the Role:


You will contribute by:


  • Paid content performance and branded content development:
  • Build and post, paid custom digital advertorial links on
  • Build and post, paid digital contests and pull winners as required.
  • Build, schedule and coordinate digital branded content campaigns.
  • Create social or contesting copy with oversight from the EP, Integrated Campaigns and Content Partnerships.
  • Assign creative projects to internal campaign specialists, coordinators, graphic designers, onlineops, and development team.
  • Reporting
  • Supports tracking and revenue reporting on custom digital campaigns.
  • Assist in pulling data for post campaign reports as required.
  • Report on custom digital and branded content revenue reporting.
  • Intake Requests/Assignments
  • Assign tasks and field inquiries from the Business Development intake inbox.
  • Balance workload of integrated campaign execution team members
  • Work with sales to determine requirements of campaigns before assigning to execution team.
  • Communicate pricing, product questions and Global News standards and guidelines to social or sponsored content postings.
  • Handles the successful daytoday management of the Business Development Inbox and campaign reporting for all revenue generating campaigns.
  • Handle back and forth campaign execution with sales when necessary
  • Manage digital booking calendar for new campaigns and sponsorship's.

Skills and Experience you will bring:

  • Post-secondary education in PR, Communications, Journalism or Marketing considered an asset.
  • Experience building social campaigns.
  • Experience working in Youtube, Google Ads Manager, Outbrain Amplify.
  • Copy writing skills an asset.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Project management background ideal.
  • Strong cross functional team communication and stakeholder alignment experience.
  • Problem solving and alternative solutionsbased thinking.
  • Supports vision into the organization's needs.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience in working in a multiplatform environment.
