- Leading safety meetings and ensuring all safety measures are taken always
- Conducting regular quality control finishing walk through and inspections of trades work to ensure completion
- Scheduling and coordination of trades to ensure maximum efficiency
- Coordinating building inspections and preparing progress reporting
- Administration of Tarion documents and other site office duties including e-mailing, reviewing drawings and sending of other on-site protocol paper work
- Leading the site effectively in a professional and timely manner
- Effectively communicating with various sub-contractors and suppliers
- Coordinating with home-owners respectively and professionally.
- Minimum of five years experience within the residential low-rise industry
- Must have superior communication and negotiation skills
- Must have superior organizational skills to manage project change orders, budgets and ever changing site staff.
- Strong ability to take initiative and problem solve effectively
- Ability to read and understand project drawings
- Advanced knowledge of low-rise construction process and the OBC
- Experience with Pro core and/or Microsoft Project

The Finishing Super will play a crucial role in the final stages of our residential projects, overseeing the completion of interior finishes with a keen eye for quality and craftsmanship. You will be leading a 80+ stacked towns site with 1 level underground parking for a fast growing developer/builder.
