What you will be doing in the role:

  • Coordinate service calls from customers
  • Handle resource required calls from remote branches and other departments
  • Coordinate service technicians as per workload, obtain resources from Calgary, Nisku and GP as required
  • Prioritize and coordinate Red Deer shop and all field service work
  • Process and file daily paperwork
  • Use dispatch board to allocate resources and hours needed
  • Work order control create work orders for Nisku and Red Deer, review timesheets and file accordingly
  • Daily interaction with Service Manager
  • Set up and maintain service contracts
  • 13 service coordinator experience required
  • Industryspecific knowledge and experience preferred
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent customer service and problemsolving skills
  • Highlevel organizational skills
  • The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
  • The ability to build relationships with all parties
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving skills
