About the Role


As a Junior Product Manager within the Product Team, you will analyze business processes and user interactions to refine our product offerings.

You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements, closely collaborating with both stakeholders and technical teams to develop solutions that align with our strategic objectives.


You should have:


  • Basic experience in business analysis or a similar role, ideally within a digital, multichannel environment.
  • A strong analytical mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Introductory knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively articulating insights and requirements across teams.
  • A proactive attitude towards problemsolving and a keen interest in the mining sector.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Define and document precise business requirements and processes to guide the development of product features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate these into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, assisting with backlog management and feature prioritization.
  • Facilitate communication between the product team and other departments to ensure alignment on product delivery.
  • Maintain and update documentation and system processes as needed to support product development and user training.
  • Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform product enhancements and improvements.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in a business analysis or product management role within a techfocused environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficiency with project management tools like Jira.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
