Our advanced eye care clinics provide specialized services to patients with serious eye conditions such as cataracts, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and other conditions that require special care.

You hold a permanent
fulltime position (3540hrs / Monday
Friday).

Your tasks at a glance

You create and manage patient files.
You receive external referrals.
You book and confirm appointments with various ophthalmologists.
You enter the necessary information about the patient in the computer system.
You ensure the proper physical organization of the work and the cleanliness of the premises.
You work in constant collaboration with the team on the floor.
You will be crosstrained to work in other clinic positions such as _Receptionist_.

A clear view of your assets

You have excellent communication skills,
you speak English _et français également _**(advanced intermediate level of English required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our Englishspeaking patients).
You are comfortable using computer tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, EMR systems, etc.).
You have a keen interest in the medical field and desire to work with the elderly.
You thrive in a fastpaced & dynamic environment.
You want to help improve the way people see life, both literally and figuratively.
You are available Monday to Friday to work shifts from 10am to 3pm.
