Summary - this position requires availability for Saturdays and Sundays from 3:30 pm to 12:00 midnight. Day shifts will be available once the restaurant is open for lunch.

The Essentials
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to:

Delivers legendary customer service with a warm and friendly welcome, makes the guest comfortable and shares knowledge of our food and beverage offerings including personal recommendations.


Your strong organization skills creates and maintains a clean workplace and ensures that all resources and product are in place allowing you to put the guest first and foremost.

Anticipates customer needs by constantly evaluating the environment and guests for clues.

Contributes to a positive team environment reinforcing good morale, respect and integrity of others.

Assists with new team member on-boarding by reinforcing performance standards and giving respectful coaching as required.


Works in compliance with Health & Safety regulations and department and hotel policies and procedures including cash handling and security.

Thrives on information by attending shift briefings, menu changes, department meetings

Responsible for transactions utilizing POS and cash handling skills

Performs the duties of server when required


The Bare Maximum
(knowledge, skills and ability)

  • Knowledge and passion for highquality spirits, cocktails, wine, craft beer, food and hospitality
  • Strong people skills (interpersonal, work as a team, build relationships)
  • Outgoing and friendly
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays
  • Able to stand for majority of shift, some heavy lifting, walk for an extended period of time, lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, stopping and placing objects

The Requirements

  • Previous Hotel/Restaurant bartender experience required
  • Knowledge of mixology
  • Smart Serve Certification required
  • Food Handling Certification preferred
  • Computer/POS register and bar equipment usage

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
$17.88-$18.88 per hour
