Description

Process Operator

  • Production, including labelling, producing, packaging and storing of supersacs in compliance with work instruction and production schedule.
  • Collecting samples of goods produced as outline on the product specification.
  • Documentation of activities and some calculations required.
  • Performing and documenting feeder calibrations as outlined on the work instruction and calibration schedule. Some calculations required.
  • Staging picking/verifying orders for shipping.
  • Loading trucks in compliance with work instruction and customer requirements.
  • Receiving bulk materials including verifying material and determining designated silo.
  • Operating and monitoring receiving system; documenting activities.
  • Performing visual inspection of material and collecting samples.
  • Performing and documenting routine and preventative maintenance in accordance with the PM schedule.
  • Monitoring equipment function and reporting malfunction/issues to Operations Manager.
  • General shop duties including warehouse and lot upkeep and cleaning, workstation cleaning.

Qualifications:


  • Highschool Diploma or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Forklift and Fall Arrest Training is an asset.
