About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced In-House Lawyer to join our Corporate Services team within the Legal Affairs department.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining the corporate structure of the company by implementing effective governance practices and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Participating in corporate reorganizations and required regulatory filings to ensure seamless execution and minimize legal risks.
• Drafting legal documents relevant to your expertise, such as contracts, agreements, and policies, to support business objectives.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of policies and procedures related to the board of directors to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Advising management on strategies to enhance operational efficiency while minimizing legal risks for the company, providing expert guidance on risk management and mitigation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in a similar position, preferably in a major law firm or within a publicly traded company. Your strong understanding of business law and corporate governance will enable you to provide expert advice and support to our teams.
