Your Role and Responsibilities

DPE & Transformation Consultant - Responsible for overseeing the transformation of delivery at Sobeys, including adopting Quality Engineering practices in software delivery for defect prevention.

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day delivery of Quality Engineering services, including managing the IBM delivery team, interfacing with the client, executing governance, and managing delivery adoption of innovations for defect prevention.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- +20 years of experience in IT, with 10+ years experience in quality engineering

Experience leading advisory engagements in Quality Engineering to large organizations
Experience managing quality engineering transformations for large organizations
Experience with implementing process and technology transformations in centralized test organizations
Experience managing Test Centres of Excellence
Experience managing large teams (50+)
Hands on experience with automation, analytics and performance testing
