Job summary
Feed and unload production machinery and equipment Monitor instruments on one or more chemical formulation units Clean and maintain work space Clean chemical processing machines and equipment and production areas Measure weigh and load chemical ingredients following formulation cards Move sort pile materials products Record production information Start up shut down troubleshoot equipment Take samples Operate equipment from a control room or from control consoles located near the production units Monitor reaction processes transfers of products in conformance with safety procedures.
