o Industrial Plumbing, Process Piping & Mechanical Systems
o Food and Beverage Process Equipment Design, Manufacturing, Installation, and Maintenance.
o Material Handling Systems (Conveyors) Design, Manufacturing, Installation, and Maintenance
o Agricultural Equipment Design and Manufacturing - Mobile & Processing Facilities
o Millwright and Industrial Mechanic Services – Maintenance and Plant Shutdowns
o General Machining & CNC Machining - R&D, Repair, Custom and Production Parts/Systems
o Has Functional knowledge of operations including but not limited to process piping systems, steam, water, air, gas, sanitary and hydraulics?
o Has knowledge of Safety & Quality Codes relevant to pipe fabrication (B31.3, CSA Natural Gas and Propane Installations B149-15, 2020 Alberta Plumbing Code)?
o Has the ability to read and interpret mechanical, structural, and architectural drawings Blueprints?
o Has Pipe Fabrication and Installation Skills?
o Is Quality focused?
o Has a Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Canada?
o Functional knowledge of operations including but not limited to process piping systems, steam, water, air, gas, sanitary and hydraulics.
o Knowledge of Safety & Quality Codes relevant to pipe fabrication (B31.3, CSA Natural Gas and Propane Installations B149-15, 2020 Alberta Plumbing Code).
o Installing the following items in a timely manner, pipe, supports and equipment according to the drawings.
o Visualize and review drawings, 3D Models and other project data for material take-offs and pipe runs.
o Plan, execute, and supervise projects in a professional manner.
o Reading and understanding project schedules, milestone dates and requirements.
o Lead production and installation teams throughout project execution.
o Coordinate production and installation with clients and sub-trades.
o Coordinate subcontractor requirements and dates with the Project Manager.
o Training apprentices how to perform their tasks to a high quality of standard, in a safe and professional manner.
