CMHA Peel Dufferin has adapted a hybrid working model including a mix of on-site and remote work.

All employees are required to have onsite presence 2 to 3 times per week, or more if needed as per program needs.


Salary Range:
$67, $78,766.00


What you will do

  • Conduct business and technical analysis to assess processes and systems used for collection and entry of client health information, recommend changes to processes and system functionality, and assure quality of implemented solutions as per approved requirements
  • Leverage performance improvement methodologies to support clinical and business teams in the development and implementation of new and enhanced idealstate business and clinical service processes
  • Contribute to the collection and definition of requirements to be included in Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to bridge identified gaps through process enhancements Stay current on relevant legislation and best practices, current research, policies, and procedures

What you need to join our team

  • Postsecondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Public Administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years working on largescale IT solutions projects, and with business process reviews, development, documentation, and recommendations.
  • Certification in Lean methodology (i.e. Yellow Belt, Green Belt) is an asset
  • Certification in Business Analysis (i.e. PBA) is an asset
  • Ability to lead and facilitate sessions or workshops to identify current state and optimal processes, producing process models, use cases and documenting users, business, technical and transition requirements
  • Satisfactory police records search and vulnerable sector screening
  • Satisfactory references
  • Ability to travel within the Greater Toronto Area as required
  • If applicable, valid driver's license, automobile in good repair and insurance coverage as required by agency policy
  • Required immunization(s) and/or administered vaccine(s) as per CMHA Peel Dufferin's Immunization Program Policy
