What You Will Do

  • Support medium and high complexity project engagements for Fortune 500 clients across a range of industries and project types.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (strategy, insights, design, technology), in production of experience strategy deliverables such as User Personas, Current and Future-State Journey Maps, Environment Maps, Design Principles, Prioritization Matrix, Service Blueprints, Roadmaps and Business Cases.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic industry Point of View narratives to support business development and project delivery.
  • Understand and incorporate complex business, strategic, and technical requirements into engagement outcomes.
  • Support the design and facilitation of successful presentations and workshops for senior executive level clients.
  • Support project design and planning across a range of project types and contribute to the endtoend creation of winning proposals.
  • Contribute to organizational business development activities from opportunity identification to sold work
  • Support development of new strategy practice tools and processes.
  • Actively work with a broad network of stakeholders across the client organization, and within Idea Couture and Cognizant.

Qualifications**- Undergraduate or graduate degree in business administration, strategic design, innovation strategy, strategic foresight or a related field.

  • 24 years' experience in agency/consulting/professional services.
  • MBA is considered a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to think critically, analyze, and elevate strategies and ideas and supporting rationale
  • Confident in delivering client facing oral presentations and facilitation skills with the ability to command and guide a room.
  • Diverse strategic skill set spanning industry categories.
  • Broad strategy and/or design experience spanning products, services, processes, and systems.
  • Proficient in creating personas, design principles, experience maps, ecosystem maps, user journeys, service blueprints, and rapid prototyping methods.
  • Conversant in the principles and practices of humancentered design and design thinking, including qualitative research methods (e.g., incontext interviewing).

Note:
Would expect up to 25% travel for project kick-off, workshops and share-outs based
