Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Project based work to improve HCM system capabilities and functionality including payroll (Oracle HCM on Cloud) and time (UKG Dimensions)
  • Handles complex issues and problems within Payroll typically raised through Payroll Administrators
  • Assists in the review, testing, and implementation of system updates/releases including updating processes and training on new processes
  • Creating and updating payroll reports to meet business needs by working with Payroll Manager and IT Development

Abilities, Certification & Experience:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Graduate: HR, IT, Payroll or relevant

Skills:


  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Canadian Payroll
  • Oracle Cloud HCM
  • UKG Dimensions
