Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Project based work to improve HCM system capabilities and functionality including payroll (Oracle HCM on Cloud) and time (UKG Dimensions)
- Handles complex issues and problems within Payroll typically raised through Payroll Administrators
- Assists in the review, testing, and implementation of system updates/releases including updating processes and training on new processes
- Creating and updating payroll reports to meet business needs by working with Payroll Manager and IT Development
Abilities, Certification & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Graduate: HR, IT, Payroll or relevant
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Canadian Payroll
- Oracle Cloud HCM
- UKG Dimensions
