Guidewire Business Analyst


Job Location:
Toronto, Canada

Capgemini is recruiting a full-time Guidewire Business Analyst Claim Center in Toronto, Canada.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead or participate in the implementation of Guidewire Claim center software.
  • Configure to meet business requirements, including defining policy types, coverages, rules, and workflows.
  • Customize functionalities using Guidewire tools such as Gosu, XML, and J2EE.
  • Develop and implement test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the Claim Center system.
  • Document business requirements, system configurations, and customizations.

Required Skills:


  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Guidewire CC modules, including Policy, Billing, Rating and Claims.
  • Understanding of insurance business processes, including policy administration, underwriting, and rating.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, and experience with technologies like XML, J2EE, and SQL.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with business collaborators and technical teams.
