Our client in Manufacturing Industry looking for Maintenance Supervisor in the GTA Area.

Minimum 3-5 years practical experience of plant maintenance supervisory.

~ A valid Millwright License 433A and a valid Electrical License 309A or 442A.

~ Must be able and willing to work overtime as needed during weekend, holidays, off shift, and plant maintenance shutdowns.

~ Perform root cause analysis for malfunctioning or broken equipment, mechanical and electrical.

~ Ensure all safety rules and policies are followed by employees and outside contractors.

~ Installation of new equipment and machinery.

~ Repair production and building equipment to ensure they are in safe working order.

~ Hold employees accountable for scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, quality of work and safety.

~ Work with upper management to secure outside and co-ordinate outside contractors regarding building maintenance work such as lawn care, snowplowing etc.

~ Maintain maintenance supply records.

~ Uphold good housekeeping and cleanliness.
