If you're passionate about marketing and communication and love to collaborate, we've got the perfect opportunity for you. We're on the hunt for a Marketing Coordinator to join our expanding First Onsite marketing squad in Canada.

This is a
HYBRID role, requiring the ability to commute to our corporate office in Mississauga.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETING COORDINATOR

As the Marketing Coordinator (English/French), you'll be a crucial driver in the execution of Canada marketing team projects and initiatives, providing vital support to regional sales and operations.

Your role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including facilitating the development of impactful marketing collateral, enhancing internal company communications through your strong writing and communication skills, and maintaining a seamless relationship with our third-party vendor for online listings and customer reviews.

You'll play a hands-on role in day-to-day interactions with sales, operations, and our global marketing team, ensuring efficient processes for social media posts, branch location updates, and more.

With an eye for brand consistency, you'll collaborate with sales and suppliers to ensure uniform and promotional items align seamlessly with our brand standards.

Your analytical prowess will shine as you track marketing campaign performance metrics and provide invaluable support for marketing team reporting.

Moreover, your diligent oversight of expenses, budget analysis, and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of sales materials and marketing assets will be integral to our marketing success.

QUALIFICATIONS

Undergraduate degree with a focus on marketing and communications
A minimum of 13 years of relevant experience, with prior work in a marketing position.
Strong communication skills oral and written in FRENCH and ENGLISH (Must have)
Exceptional and exacting writing and grammatical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office. (including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Prior experience with Google Analytics is a strong asset.
Spanish fluency is a desirable skill.
