    About the role :

    Reportingto the Dealer Principal, the Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeingthe digital presence of the store/brand, including all promotional efforts,social media channels, digital advertising, and company events.

    Compensation: $50,000 / year

    Schedule : Full time (on-site)

    What you will do:

    ·Engage and share content across multiple socialmedia platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand identity.

    ·Develop, implement, and roll out strategicmarketing campaigns in cooperation with department managers and the dealerprincipal.

    ·Create awareness, engagement, andbrand recognition on Vancouver Island and beyond.

    ·Organize and plan scheduled content on amonth-to-month basis.

    ·Follow social trends and execute on behalf of the store toincrease brand visibility.

    ·Write engaging copy for socialcaptions and website content.

    ·Set up & optimize ads campaignsutilizing Meta Ads Suite & Google Ads Manager.

    ·Create captivating graphics andthumbnails for videos, posts, and promotions.

    ·Support in organizing company events such asfundraising galas, customer appreciation events, and other outreach events.

    ·Manage and maintain the dealership's brandimage, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customerexperience across all touchpoints.

    ·Deploy monthly E-blasts utilizing ourCRM with engaging copy, graphics.

    ·Collaborate with localbusinesses and non-profits on engagement projects.

    ·Additionaldutiesas assigned by management.

    Who you are:

    ·Conceptualizing,filming, and editing promotional video content in alignment with the brandvoice.

    ·Brainstorminginnovative marketing strategies.

    ·Proficiencyin creator software such as the Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, Meta Ads Manager,Google Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.

    ·Understandingof ever-evolving main digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube,and TikTok.

    ·Anability to lead and direct staff members in video content.

    ·Keeps up to date with industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and best practices in automotive marketing and apply insights todrive innovation and continuous improvement in marketing strategies.

    ·Energetic, social, with a passion for people and buildingrelationships in person and online.
