Position Overview
Kevington is looking for a highly motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic individual who is interested in

enhancing the rental experience through technology-based services.


IT Manager Role and Responsibilities:


  • Research, design, develop, and integrate computer and telecommunications
  • Work with external cyber security professional to ensure implementation of cyber security
- protocols and response to cyber security events.

  • Help determine and define the IT needs / infrastructure strategy of Kevington Building
  • Supervise, conduct, inspect, and provide design support for computer, security, and
- telecommunications hardware

  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity
- levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure

  • Manage the operation and performance of the software and hardware facilities in Kevington
- properties including server rooms, key FOB programing, WIFI systems, metering systems, info
- monitors, TV and audio devices

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
- our facilities secure

  • Attend to all repairs and modifications of the hardware as may be needed from time to time
  • Perform regular checks and upgrades to the installed hardware infrastructure as may be required
- to ensure consistent and uninterrupted functionality

  • Recommend, design and deliver improvements to the network and systems to meet changing market expectations and demands and new technologies
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 25 years of experience working in IT operations
  • Security background understanding of security doctrine and tactics
  • Experience in VoIP systems
  • Experience in cloud automations
  • Experience in app development
  • Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
  • Strong critical thinking, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
  • Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
  • Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills to work in a fastpaced, dynamic team environment
  • Able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships as part of a team
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation
