The Detailed Scheduler is responsible for creating and maintaining the detailed production schedule and ensuring the accuracy of scheduling activities throughout the production facility.

Reporting to the Master Scheduler, the primary focus is ensuring the customer service target is met.

This position is based out of: Stayner, ON


What you'll be doing:


  • Develop a detailed production schedule, adjusting the schedule to meet customers' orders.
  • Scheduling of all production areas Finishing and Packaging and Extraction/Oils
  • Maintain Master Production Schedule for assigned categories.
  • Allocation of available to promise (ATP) inventory to customer orders.
  • Work with Customer service to resolve priorities regarding customer orders
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPI.
  • Supporting systems advancement and projects, Participate in the development of SAP planning parameters and process improvements
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

You'll need to have:


  • Post-Secondary education in relevant field
  • Advanced level experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Production Control/Manufacturing experience
  • Experience using ERP/MRP software
