Description

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized reception and office area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Scheduling deliveries & coordinate shipping
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Administrative duties as assigned
  • Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge through continuous training and development to provide accurate and reliable assistance

Experience:


  • Proven experience in any similar administrative role with the capability to coordinate with other staff.
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Quickbooks is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication or related industries is a plus.

Education and Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Quickbooks knowledge an asset
