Job summary
We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Front of House teams for our Vermillion Room.Responsibilities
- Maintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue
- Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures
- Transporting food from the kitchen to the dining room in a quick and efficient way
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Complete Daily Operations (i.e. opening and closing duties, daily cleaning, dining room preparation, moving and arranging tables and chairs, reservation bookings, confirmations
Cancellations/li>Meet greet seat guests maintain daily floor plans to suit forecasted guest staffing levelsPerform call backs to guests update reservations information in Open TableAssign tables control flow of service at the door with reservations walk-in guests
