Description

The TORONTO EAST office of Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Care Professionals.

Available for:

Monday to Friday Days, Afternoons & Overnights
Weekends ALL shift times

Pay Rates - $ $18.50 per hour

We are located in Toronto, Canada
Must be eligible to work in Canada
We DO NOT sponsor out of country applicants*
Duties include:
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Providing personal care to clients (bathing, brief changes, grooming)
Assistance with ambulation, transfers, daily exercises, and walking
Managing Alzheimer's & Dementia Care needs
Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

Hiring Requirements:

Successfully complete a mandatory criminal background check
Experience caring for the elderly
Speak fluent English
Have a cellular smartphone
Must have proof of 2 Covid19 vaccinations to meet our mandatory vaccination policy
Have the physical ability to perform the functions of the job descriptions and the ability to lift 25lbs
