You will oversee subcontractor performance, compliance, and continuous improvement while driving cost and operational efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage 3PL warehouse provider performance, including contract compliance, KPIs, and SLAs.
    • Lead inbound logistics projects for critical materials and oversized equipment, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule adherence.
    • Develop and implement Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs with 3PL partner, including SOPs and success metrics.
    • Prepare and present business cases for executive reviews and customer engagements.

    • 7+ years in Project Management and Supply Chain, with expertise in inbound logistics and warehouse operations.
    • PMP certification required; RMP an asset.
    • Strong knowledge of supply chain and financial principles.
    • Experience managing critical subcontracts and 3PL relationships in complex industrial or defense environments.
    • Proven ability to drive operational excellence through KPIs and data‑driven decisions.

Please note this position requires a full‑time, in‑office presence.

We invite applications from all qualified candidates, including racially visible persons, women in underrepresented roles, persons with disabilities, Indigenous persons, and members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and encourage applicants to self‑identify.

We are committed to creating accessible environments for our colleagues, candidates, and customers.
