About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities of the role:

Opening all client files in Document Management System
Assisting with conflict searches, when needed
Scanning and saving Notarized Documents
Receiving and acting upon Directions for release of original Wills and Powers of Attorney
Providing back up coverage for Reception, when needed
Assisting the File Records Management in archiving closed files to be moved to storage.
Assisting with other administrative duties, projects and backup as needed
Docketing time in LEAP/ we are transitioning to Soluno and NetDocs in 202
Document management system
Additional Duties and projects as required.
