The
Customer Analytics Manager provides insights & analytics and develops business recommendations for the specific customers, taking into consideration CP's strategies and the customer's business challenges.

They drive category growth for both the Customer (Loblaw's/SDM) and Colgate.


What you'll do

  • Capability for pulling data from various data sources and drawing insights as well as interpreting shopper and consumer research to drive category solution development with the customer
  • Continuously track category trends, dynamics, and insights
  • Facilitate monthly review meeting / customer planning process
  • Understand the impact of the 5P's (Promotion, Placement, Pricing, Placement, POP) on the category at the customer Identify 5P opportunities and make recommendations to drive Colgate growth
  • Understand the impact of activities at competitive customers and develop plans that will give customer a competitive advantage
  • Complete/facilitate regular business reviews with customers and annual toptotop reviews

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years CPG experience
  • Proficiency in working with crossfunctional teams to achieve business results

Preferred qualifications

  • Proven analytical skills preferred
  • An understanding of Colgate's Category Management/Retail Category Development principles preferred
