We are seeking a Growth Consultant with verifiable proof of scaling service agencies to $1M+ annual revenue. You will implement a proven operating system that leverages AI, enabling our founder to focus exclusively on sales.We are open to either a consulting engagement to build/customize a system or the direct installation of your existing plug-and-play solution.
The goal is a robust, repeatable system for lead generation, client onboarding, and team management.The Opportunity
Our performance lead generation agency has a strong offer and a growing client base in the US legal sector.
We are at a pivotal point, and our founder is making a strategic shift to focus 100% on sales and business development.
To enable this, we need to implement a highly efficient, scalable operating system that can handle increased volume and team growth without founder involvement in day-to-day delivery.
We are looking for a Growth Consultant who brings verifiable expertise in scaling agencies to $1M+/year.You will help us implement a system that is either custom-built with your guidance or a direct installation of your existing, proven plug-and-play solution.
Our strong preference is for solutions that leverage AI and modern technology to create maximum efficiency and repeatability, ensuring the founder can step away from delivery with confidence.
Your Role:
System Implementation & Scaling
As our Growth Consultant, your primary objective is to deliver and implement a complete, infallible, and repeatable operating system.
This system will enable us to:
Scale Lead Generation:
Implement AI-powered workflows for list building, outreach, and inbox management
Automate Client Onboarding:
Establish a zero-touch process for new client intake and campaign setup
Empower Team Management:
Provide a simple framework for hiring, training, and managing operators, including clear scorecards and daily checklists
Ensure Data Visibility:
Deliver a single-page dashboard for tracking all agency KPIs, from lead generation performance to client results.
RequirementsVerifiable 7-Figure Agency Scaling: You must provide concrete, verifiable proof (anonymized case studies, client testimonials, P&L snapshots) that your systems have directly contributed to scaling at least one other service agency to $1M+ in annual revenue
System Implementation Expertise:
You have a proven methodology for either building/customizing an operating system or installing your existing plug-and-play solution into an agency.
You are focused on delivering actionable frameworks, not just theoretical advice.AI & Tech-Forward:
Your proposed system must be modern and demonstrate a strong emphasis on leveraging AI tools and automation for efficiency and scalability
Simplicity & Repeatability:
The system you implement must be so intuitive and robust that a new team member can be onboarded and effective within 48 hours.
The Engagement:
Flexible Approach
We are open to two engagement models, both focused on delivering a complete, functional operating system:
- Consulting &
Custom Build:
An hourly engagement where you guide us through building and customizing a system tailored to our specific needs, leveraging your proven frameworks.
- Plug-and-Play Installation: A fixed-price project where you install your existing, pre-built, and proven operating system into our agency.
Both models include:
Phase 1: System Delivery & Implementation: You will deliver and implement the full system, including all necessary SOPs, templates, and dashboards
Phase 2:
Handover & Training:
You will conduct a comprehensive training session with our founder and relevant team members to ensure seamless adoption and understanding of the new system.
Phase 3 (Optional):Ongoing Support:
An optional retainer for system updates, performance optimization, and strategic guidance as our agency continues to grow.
Pay Structure

Custom Build:
Your best hourly rate and an estimated total hours for Phase 1 & 2.For Plug-and-Play Installation: A single fixed project price for the complete installation and handover of your agency operating system.
