Responsibilities

  • Centre of communication for Site Supervisors, Customers, Trades and Office Colleagues
  • Manage office operations and procedures, continuously looking to improve efficiencies and flagging any issues
  • Maintain a friendly attitude while greeting and offering assistance to all persons entering the office and calling in
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Organizing and updating physical and digital filing systems
  • Coordinate daily operations by preparing documents, external communication, and data entry
  • Work in and understand construction software for communication with clients and trade partners (training will be provided)
  • Assist with multiple projects at different stages
  • Keep general office tidy, ordering and stocking office supplies

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in the Microsoft Suite, primarily Excel and Word
  • Experience using CoConstruct or Builder Trend is an asset
  • Extremely strong and consistent organization skills
  • Personable and friendly demeanour
  • Attention to detail and technology savvy
  • Selfmotivated and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience in the construction industry an asset
  • Valid driver's licence is required

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
