Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are required to be successful in this position.As Project Coordinator you will coordinate between clients and technicians by producing daily/weekly schedules as well as providing necessary documents/information inline with current workloads and due dates.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and weekly reports based on priority and due dates
- Request availability from client and keep communication with client PM
- Work with Scheduling department
- Work along side GAV Project Manager and Maintain and update status of projects
- Plan workloads
- Track product & schedule fulfilment
- Build trust and productive relationships with clients, suppliers and coworkers
Qualifications:
- 3 years Coordinator experience
- Project Management experience
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Strong Time management skills and stressmanagement techniques
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel skills
- French an asset
- Understanding of Audio Visual an asset
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Communication or business
Experience:
- Coordinator: 3 years (required)
